Q1: What is the ‘Pocket-Coach?

The Pocket-Coach is a full package of digital products, emailed to you upon purchase. A digital coach that includes everything you need to guarantee your results all accessible from your phone. The package includes 1x training plan (or 5x with the Ultimate Pocket-Coach), workout tracking, calorie calculators, bodyweight tracking, PDF guides on training and nutrition, and more. Q2: Do I have to print out the training plan/tracker?

NO! This is one of the biggest problems I had when buying awful cookie cutter plans in the past. They were sent to me as a printable PDF. Useless. The BODY365 workout plans are all accessible on google sheets from ANY device, so you can quickly track your workouts as you go, no hassle.

 


Q3: Is everything in one place?

Yes. The spreadsheet files you use for workout tracking also include your calories calculators and bodyweight tracking tables, so you can access everything quickly and easily

 


Q3: Is it really worth the money? What if I don't see the results I'm hoping for?

Q4: A year-long program seems like a huge commitment. What if I can’t stick with it?

The great thing is, each training block is around 12-15 weeks. You should still focus on short term goals, but with a wider goal in mind. Most people go wrong by picking up an 8-12 week plan and then once it’s finished they have no goal or direction and quickly slip back into their old ways, reversing all their hard work. The Pocket-Coach training blocks complement each other with variety and specificity, which keeps things interesting. Big progress is made over months and years, this sustainable structure will help you commit to the long term. Don’t be fooled by social media the best physiques you see on there have taken a long time to build.

 

Q5: I’ve tried other programs before, and they didn’t work. How is this different?


Before creating the Pocket-Coach, there was a lot of market research which concluded a lot of the plans being sold are not worth your money. A PDF you have to print out with 8-12 weeks of training that has no longer term goal, no ways to track progress and no advice/guidance on nutrition and training is not good enough. To guarantee results, you need all the tools in one place, available on your phone to track your training, bodyweight trends, and nutrition. The BODY365 Pocket-Coach comes with all of the tools you need to guarantee your results.

 

Q6: I don’t have time for a rigorous training program. What if it’s too time-consuming?


There are a lot of options for people who are short on time, I can appreciate this being a very busy guy myself! I’ve learnt quite a few tips and tricks that I’ve included in the BODY365 training pdf for you. It’s only a 4 day per week plan which is less than what most plans suggest, but people underestimate how much progress can be made just from 1-2 sessions per week if time is an issue. There is also a big focus on lifestyle balance here, so set volumes are kept to an effective minimum and there are planned weeks where you’ll be spending less time in the gym. It’s all about worker smarter NOT spending more time than is needed.

 

Q7: What if the program is too intense and leads to injury or burnout?


Fatigue management is a big focus and the reason BODY365 was founded. It’s all about supporting your body to grow over 365 days. There are useful pages in the training PDF for you to understand more but you don’t have to be too concerned as there is built-in fatigue management throughout every training plan. There is a good balance between pushing hard with training volume/intensity, but also pulling back with planned phases for recovery.

 

 

Q8: I’m not sure if I’m ready for an advanced program. What if I can’t keep up?


The word advanced can scare people off, I get it. But the truth is, an advanced lifter often does LESS work, they just maximise what they are able to get out of each set and focus on their recovery. This is exactly what the Pocket-Coach teaches, a smarter approach to training with a better lifestyle balance helping you to make consistent progress all year round.

 

Q9: I prefer to create my own workouts. Will I have enough flexibility?


Absolutely! Each workout plan is very flexible and can be changed to your needs. There are drop down lists for most exercises with suggested swaps so you can tailor the plan depending on equipment/setup. Or if you wanted to get really creative you could use the automated spreadsheet as a template and make your own plans from there. If you do make sure to share as I might want to try it out!

 

 

Q10: What happens after the program ends? Will I be able to continue making progress on my own?


After the year is up, you can simply re-run the year. With the drop-down lists for most exercises you can mix things up and it will feel like a completely different plan! There is so much variety across the year that you’ll find it hard to get bored.

 

 

Q11: I’ve been training for years. Why do I need this program when I can continue on my own?


The simple answer is, you don’t! But what I have found is most people will hit a plateau going it alone and will eventually need to train smarter if they want to make consistent progress. The BODY365 Pocket-Coach has been created to provide the perfect balance between training and recovery so you can continue to make gains all year round. It wasn’t until I focussed more on recovery that I was able to break through my plateaus and realised where I’d been going wrong. Q12: I’m used to my current routine. What if this new plan disrupts my progress?


If you’ve always done what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got. Change in approach is a good thing and is likely to provide a new stimulus for growth as well as get that motivation back.
